Log-on to your new Retiree & Survivor Connection site today

Retirees and survivors are invited to click to your new connection site on DeltaNet. The site is your one-stop-shop for Delta news and retiree- and survivor-specific:

  • Delta updates,

  • Benefits information, and

  • Pass travel privilege details.

It also includes a special scrapbook where you can get updates on your Delta friends and former colleagues and submit your own updates.

Retiree & Survivor Connection is a secure, password-protected site that puts everything you need to manage your retirement or survivor benefits in a single
location, including tools, resources, step-by-step checklists, and contact information. It will be regularly updated with Delta news and event information as well as articles of interest to Delta’s retiree and survivor community.

To access your new site, enter dlnet.delta.com into your browser, select Retirees then enter your 9-digit employee ID and Delta Passport password. (This is the same information you enter when you log on to TravelNet.) You’ll automatically be directed to the Retiree & Survivor Connection.

If you do not have a Delta Passport, call the Employee Service Center and select the prompt for the Travel Call Center for assistance.

You will need to use your Delta Passport Password to access the Retiree & Survivor Connection site and Delta’s online travel system. If you do not have a password, call the Employee Service Center, after you hear the menu selections, select “0” and then follow the prompts to be connected to the Travel Call Center for assistance.

  • The Customer Service Representative will assign you a password.

  • Allow 24-48 hours for your passport password to be reset. Then, go online and test it by logging in to DeltaNet.

  • If you are able to successfully log in, please visit http://register.delta.com to change to a password of your choosing.

  • If you are not able to log into DeltaNet, call the ESC at 1-800-MYDELTA. After you hear the menu selections, select “0” and then follow the prompts to be connected to the Travel Call Center for assistance.
