Retirees and Survivors:  Delta needs your email address!

You can begin receiving important company information via email by simply completing the Retiree and Survivor E-mail Address Form below to send us your personal email address. You can also add or update your personal email address by completing the Permanent Address & Other Information transaction on Employee Self-Service (ESS) (DL Passport log in required).

Employee Self Service is the best method for updating personal information because ESS changes update your HR records automatically overnight. You need a Delta Passport Password to access ESS, TravelNet and other important Delta information. If you do not have a Passport Password one will be created for you in the month of August. Additional information will be mailed to your home address regarding this process. Of course, Delta will never share your personal information or email address.

Delta will be communicating with employees, retirees and survivors electronically more and more. A variety of online processes and tools will allow faster, easier and real time access to company and personal information and keep you in the know. Stay tuned!
